Cardboard Explosion!
Four original stories, brought to life using nothing but cardboard and the power of your imagination. With help from the audience, puppeteer Brad Shur transforms simple cardboard shapes into elaborate puppet characters, then brings them to life right before your eyes.
I Love Tacos
There is joy in the world, and it comes wrapped in a tortilla! Join White Nosed Coati and a cast of amazing Mexican wildlife in three original stories celebrating tacos and the place they were created. Each story is packed with exuberant humor, and colorful characters.
The Carrot Salesman
Join Mr. Bunny, a door-to-door vegetable salesman, as he journeys beneath the earth, into the sea, and even to outer space in search of carrot customers. Will he ever sell enough to please his boss? Or will his new friends teach him a valuable lesson about being true to himself?
Cardboard Kingdom
This hybrid workshop and show is the best of both worlds! In the first half, students build their own simple puppet characters. Then our expert puppeteer leads them in a guided improvised performance using all of their characters in a totally new story!
